Just out of curiousity--what do you mean when you say "agency"? Because I
work in an ad agency where we have people who work more in the online
space and others who work in the print areas.
For what it's worth, for online only, I'd say we have 5 or 6 to 1. Maybe
more, depending upon some of the competencies I'm unaware of.
