I work at MetLife on the intranet business team responsible for ownership of the intranet. Several business partners have requested chat rooms and forums in particular to capture employees' comments/feedback and have all users able to see comments submitted by other users.
Any recommendation (product or other), thoughts and/or lessons learned would be great.
