Hi all -

We have a client with a site that gets a lot of traffic. As one data input
to undestanding the user, we would like to run periodic surveys off of the
site.

My research background runs more to the field work, in person variety. I'm
looking for anyone who is willing to share experiences about developing and
running site surveys.
