[Sigia-l] Twittering at the IA Summit
David Malouf missed the "invite" feature on Twitter, which exists, but
that's okay: The easiest and most common way to build your Twitter
network is to:
1) Find one friend who is already on Twitter. How you find your first
friend is your first and only real challenge.
2) Look at that person's friends for people you know and like. Add them
as your own friends. They will be informed that you've done so, and may
not necessarily reciprocate the gesture (this is part of the emerging
etiquette I was talking about), so please don't stalk strangers!
3) Drill down into your new friends' friends' friends for more people
you know and like.
4) Repeat every few days/weeks.
I am "askrom" on twitter. I'll probably Twitter during the IA Summit.
Enjoy!
