What other professional can?
In product design and production, obviously many professionals get involved.
But, for some reason, some people insist on having an external business
validate the output of designers as a matter of course, a requirement
certainly not extended to most/many of the other professionals involved in
the same process. That's conflict of interest by the purveyors of the
validation business.
