Is Askville Amazon's response to Tacit's Illumio? The latter being a
client that trolls your harddrive, stores some encrypted semantic
information about your areas of expertise on a central server, and
responds to people's requests for experts by brokering a linkup.

Interesting privacy and social networking issues there.
