More important than what/how you name anything now, is are you putting in
place a feedback loop (or loops) to determine what if any issues the
structure that is put in place causes? Also, what evidence (this question
was implied in one or more posts) do you have to warrant this level of
effort in the first place? What 'problem' are you trying to solve and what
are the attributes/evidences of the problem? [The 'scenario' given before
did not suggest a real problem, just a 'situation'.]
The answer is always in the evidence. Making up answers is just
self-gratification.
