Ugh. People are so obsessed with deliveries here while completely
forgetting all the tacit stuff that comes from card-sorting. For
example, using it to make content owners understand the groupings
within. Who gives a toss about the *actual* output of the card-sort
when there is so much else goodness coming from it? If nothing else,
use it as a team-building excercise.
