For me, this would be at the interaction design level, if we are talking about
the traditional boundary between a graphic designer and an interface designer.
There are people that are perfectly capable of both, but they are different
hats. I've worked on projects where I was expected to do both, and on others
there was a dedicated graphic design resource to handle the "making it look
like a real one" stuff.
