Head of IA/ Usability (6month contract) - London

Leading this trailblazing brand through an exciting re-brand phase

Working closely with the parent company the successful applicant

Will also be charged with developing user centered tools and products.

* Enhancing the customer experience of a large CMS managed portal.
* Leading the development of IA, interaction design
* Establishing and maintaining best practice guidelines.
* Managing usability test budget and briefing approved test agencies
* Giving recommendations on labels, taxonomy and navigation
* Making recommendations on accessibility as outlined in the DDA
* Managing the profile of the Usability department within the wider
International

Group.

Ideally, you’ll bring relevant expereicne of the above and:

            7 years + experience of IA / Interaction design

Ability to present your work enthusiastically and clearly

Passion for your craft.
