Hallo,
I am looking for references on case studies on the application of contextual enquiry method for web based applications (either web or intranet/enterprise portals, etc.)

I read a lot about contextual enquiry (also Karen Holtzblatt interesting book) but never found a detailed case study on the use of this technique.
