Re: [Sigia-l] Book recommendations
My first response is offtopic kind of, but didn't Razorfish get bought out
recently? I have been observing their work since I was in college back in
'99. the book here was mandatory reading when I was up at Rutgers Univ.
there's another great book called "How Buildings Learn"

This is a great conceptual text

"How to See" by George Nelson. Available through Design Within Reach
(http://www.dwr.com/productdetail.cfm?id=4755).
In addition to being a brilliant designer, responsible for mid-century
modern icons such as the 'bubble lamp', Nelson was a compulsive
photographer, finding design in the built (and destroyed) environments
around him. A must-have for big-picture thinking.
