I have used MoinMoin which I quite liked. But it's python and not
everyone likes that.

I have also used Twiki, which I didn't like. Too many features and
more on the CMS side in many ways. Lots of plugins though. Perl.

I have heard good things about Kwiki. Lightweight and easy and just
all around good they tell me. Extensible too. Perl.
