our group at Y has been looking at blogging and wiki tools as well as
software such as Collaborate to use internally to get better at knoweldge
management.
It seems to me (we'll see how that plays out) that the more we lower the
barrier of effort, hte mroe likely people are to contribute and document
their ideas, insights and hard earned knowledge. The post-it bookmarklet
alone may be blogs greatest gift to getting folks to acress, along with both
blogs and wiki's html free writing space.
