Here's an interesting thing I've noticed with people using elevators in
India.
Some people press the 'DOWN' arrow, when they need to go up. (The
elevator is above them)
I think the logic is... "By pressing the down arrow, I'm calling the
machine down...
Many people press both buttons... Why take a chance.
As for arrows in sort, I think almost everyone depends on
the visual feedback after they click on one of the arrows.
