I know what you are saying... My full simpathy towards your feelings. But
that is life... many a time even the CEOs are overruled by Board of
Directors and many and time Board of Directors get over ruled by Market
forces and many a time Market gets over ruled by politicians or
terrorists...;) But that is not the point. Point is that some of us
believe that 'look and feel' is sacrifice-able and carries less wait on
internal projects. I just want to bring it on slightly higher priority. I
just wanted to eliminate that part of doubt.

Can you do 'ID' insteed of 'IA'. Then I have couple of recomendations :)
