Hi Melvin
I agree with Ann - you need to give further information on the kind of
taxonomy you are looking for, and who it is aimed at.
The National Library of Medicine has produced a metathesaurus called the
Unified Medical Language System (UMLS) which encompasses most of the
established medical classification systems.
You may also find the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) suitable.
