"The Tipping Point" - How Little things Can Make A Big Difference., by
Malcolm Gladwell, published in 2001 by Abacus. ?

Read it 3X. One of my absolute all time favorites. Some of the ideas such
as the "Law of the Few," "Broken Windows," and the "Power of Context," are
fascinating and supported with historical evidence. Overall, a thoroughly
enjoyable book for anyone who likes analysis. Gives new, scientific
meaning to "Little things mean a lot."
