This is an interesting and useful thread. Do folks have any thoughts as to
when it's appropriate to use a participle form instead of a present tense
action verb?

E.g. when might you use:

 Adjusting your personal data

...instead of...

 Adjust your personal data

...or...

 Touring the Campus

vs.:

 Tour the Campus

vs. the verbless approach:

 Campus Tours

???
