"take the lead on redesigning and expanding" for $30/hour is pretty low
- I wouldn't accept that if I was freelancing. I know waiters who make
more than that. How are you going to pay your own health insurance on
$30/hour? Maybe something for a beginning consultant IA to get some
experience...

We need someone to be available to meet with in-house clients and take the lead on redesigning and expanding a site for collecting and disseminating best practices in program evaluation. Deliverables would include site map, wireframes, low-fidelity prototype (paper is fine), usability scenario & 2-page usability report after conducting usability tests on 3 users.
