It's a bit out of date. There are new versions and pricing for
Camtasia and Hypercam.
The short version is that Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/) will
do what you want, but depending on some factors you may find
Hypercam suitable and it's must cheaper (http://hypercam.com/).
I know there are some other tools out there, but I can't name them
off the top of my head and I have not used them.
