Jody,
Have you taken a look at the file names themselves, not just the extensions.
I've noticed that when people send me files from a MAC they put capitals and
spaces in the file names and for some reason it causes an issue when I try and
open it on an IBM paltform. If the file names do have spaces or capitals my
suggestion is to re-name the files on the MAC and email them over again.
