My time is limited at the moment, but I can try saying it a different
way: I cannot believe we have nothing better to talk about than this
same topic rehashed year after year. While I appreciate both Mr.
Dalton's enthusiasm for the subject and his, uh, tenacity, I submit that
this field will never make any significant progress if each new
participant insists on dragging us back to first principles.
