[Sigia-l] IA standards Summary

I only got one response on my request about whether anybody knew of any
examples of IA standards documents. So I'm posting the entire content of
what I received. Thanks to Javier and I suspect others at least read the
post and drew a blank. Perhaps this speaks volumes. When IA is a bit more
"real", this type of documentation might be easier to come by.
