And my sneaking suspicion is that the 99% was an astute marketing ploy. 99%
got everyone's attention. EVERYONE's. If he had found that, say, 50% of
Flash was bad, people would have gone "Eh, so what. Not my half." 99% is a
hard number to avoid. It got him an enormous amount of press, and
mindshare.
