The difference is, as far as I know, cops are not parading as IAs or
usability specialist. :-)
I just laugh when lumbering behemoths like IBM, Sun, CA, etc., throw these
titles and buzzwords around as if they mean anything to their own
organizations. I mean they had *decades* to get their own act together; yet
it is still 'users to be engineered'. Sad.
