I just got abused in a nicely laid out printed mailing from Principal
Financial, which holds my rollover IRA. Announcing their new online
services in a sidebar they gave the simple login instructions:

go to blah-blah
enter your user ID
enter your PIN.

Below that was a box titled "Forgot Your PIN? Here's how to get it."
And guess what the instructions were for retrieving your PIN?:

go to blah-blah
enter your user ID
enter your PIN.

I was LOL, believe me.
