Description of Duties:
Responsible for the information architecture of online content areas and
functionality specifications for tools and features. UI designers create
navigation maps, functional specifications and design requirement
documents in addition to producing compelling design media for
interactive picture-related web applications, including graphic elements
and overall look and feel. Will work in a team environment to flesh out
the UI design and to make a difference to the product.

Skill and Experience Requirements:
User center design experience, knowledge of human factors and user
interface concepts; successful track record in the implementation of
user interface models' excellent communication skills and the ability to
work in a team environment. Knowledge of tools, specifically: Visio, MS
Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, Java, Macromedia
Director are preferred. Must understand and be able to review usability
test feedback; must understand and employ a customer-centered approach,
have an excellent track record designing consumer applications UI; and a
good understanding of web-based applications.
