Allen Kurzweill's "The Grand Complication" could be considered an IA
mystery, though I thought the best part was the Dewey Decimal Trivia
competition towards the end.

Oddly enough, the week after I passed on my copy to one of my library
school professors, someone contacted him about one of the real but
otherwise unknown people mentioned in the book.
