Qualifications / analogies:

1. Honey combs - look like nicely organized structures to me.
2. Facets - ever seen a diagram of a bee's eye?
3. Buzz - good IA creates it.
4. Buzz - what you get at the bar after creating a good IA.
5. Busy little bees - Info Architects at work.
6. Pollenation - IAs spreading their knowledge, evangelizing, etc.
7. Cross-pollenation - IAs don't just work in one "field"...
8. Colors - yellow and black = high contrast, high visibilty and says 
"look at me".
9. Stinger - ok, no good analogy here, but looks wickedly cool.
10. Dies after stinging someone - we have ethics.  
11. Queen Bee - hierarchy at its most primitive.
11a. (alternate version 1) Queen Bee - Look at her! We support 
"diversity".
11b. (alternate version 2) Queen Bee - Look at him! We support 
"diversity".
12. Bee Keepers & Bee farms - looks like "big IA" to me.
13. Swarming - what IAs do on SIGIA, info-arch.org and IASlash.
14. Honey - great content from the "comb". Also rhymes with Money....

...and I forgot to mention that there'd of course be a great 
opportunity for sponsorship from the breakfast cereal industry...
