The discussion subject for our January meeting is **Topic Maps**.
I would like to form a team of 2-3 members who will get together
ahead of time to organize a small presentation. The presentation/handouts
will serve to bootstrap our discussion. Basically, I am looking for a team to
consolidate and condense the available information on Topic Maps for the
group at large.
It is my intent that a different team do this for each meeting - enabling us to
benefit from the exchange that small group interaction can bring about and
ensuring that we get to know each other on a first name basis.
If you would like to be on the January team let me know!
All are welcome and encouraged to join us! Please pass this message along
to anyone you know in Chicago who is interested in and/or practicing
information architecture, interaction design or user-centered web design.
