Janet,
A few options in order of my preference:
1. Have each new url load in a common, secondary child window.
2. Close one secondary child window when opening a new one while keeping
the parent and tour(primary child) windows in their original state. (tour
window acts as navigation dashboard)
3. When clicking on the urls in the tour(primary child), have new page load
in parent window. (inferior user-experience architecture)
4. Use a navigation frame (ouch) within the secondary child window to drive
navigation of urls. (inferior user-experience architecture)
