If that's the case, it sounds very interesting. I look forward to any
opportunity to view this concept in better detail. How? No clue... If anyone
has an explanation, description or some notes to share that has worked with
Seybold's Customer Scenario methodology, I'd be grateful to get that info.

What I'm most interested in is how the research is done to determine the
scenarios. What sources are used? Are there particular areas of
concentration?

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
