Interaction Design CommunityMy definition of IA has always embraced ID and info-design, the brothers and tightly integrated pieces of architecting any web site. Perhaps Lou's project could stretch itself to support the related disciplines...

Subject: SIGIA-L: Interaction Design Community
Hi everyone,
After reading Louis' introduction to his new blog, I was inspired to worry (funny phrase, eh?) b/c while I've had the title IA in the past, I've always felt myself more as an interaction designer than an information architect. That being said, I haven't seen a list or community setup for interaction designers.
While I love the ideas that Louis put forth, I would be a zillion times more inspired to participate if it wasn't for IA's. (Splinter Group). After going to the BayCHI east thingy in October the differences between IA and ID became even clearer to me than they even had in the past and I definitely (on the continuum) fall on the D side of things.
CHI isn't exactly it either. Experience Design ala Shredoff is closest, but I haven't seen a list for that either.
If people who understand what I'm looking for can help me out that would be great. I promise not to leave SIGIA-L. ;-)
