I am behind on the list reading, so this might have been mentioned, but
eBay has a link instead of a button on one of the seller's screens, under
the submit button.

The text reads "If you do not want to submit your auction, click here to
(c)ancel:.

Nice that it gives the seller the necessary (c)ancel option (in that case)
but I doubt many people click on it by accident.
