Learning to speak the language of business is a theme that Michael Schrage
(MIT MediaLab and Merrill Lynch) also emphasized at last year's Living
Surfaces Conference, sponsored by the American Center for Design and held in
Chicago in November. He gave the conference keynote on the opening night,
and Don Norman gave one of the daily keynotes at the same conference.
If anyone has a copy of Schrage's speech I would love to read it again since
my notes are, well, only notes, and sketchy at best.
