After reading this, I'm not certain what part of NetViz this fella respects!

It's basically a tinkertoy, but for many tasks I use a half-baked program
called Inspiration. It's easy to use, and can import tabbed, hierarchal
text and display in diagram form.

It lacks most "advanced" (Read as : rarely used) features, and It's proven
itself capable on many enormous and complex sites.

Worth a look : www.inspiration.com

Also an up-and-comer is ConceptDraw. www.conceptdraw.com

Both are available for Windows and Mac platforms.
