To say nothing of the other requirements:

a) have "a lot of IA experience, possibly with strong design skills,"
b) are willing to work without credit or IP ownership,
c) be available within an hour for 1/2 a week for three months, etc.

With apologies to Woody Allen, would you hire a person who'd agree to
these terms?
