Is that functionality only available int the professional addition? For
some reason my company only has the standard edition.

Visio will do this sort of if you select the Web stencil - you get a
dialog
box to open a URL, and you get the blueprint. But it's a wild and wooly
ride, and would require a lot of fixing up. Dreamweaver gives you a site
map, but I have never tried to then turn it into a proper site map page.
