SIGIA-L: online HCI, AI education opportunities

Does anyone know of good programs for studying this field online. I'm
located outside of the U.S. and don't find much locally (Barcelona). I
have completed one HCI course with the Open University in the UK and am
aware of certificate program in HCI through Rensselaer online. (Any
information about this program would be appreciated.) My ideal study
situation would a combination of distance work with some concentrated
on-site work. Online course design seems like the ultimate challenge in
information architecture and interaction design, so I'm hoping to find a
good program that applies what it teaches. Thanks.
