I am making a career shift into new media, focusing on IA from working in
non-profits as a writer. (I have taken courses in html, web design and
IA.)

I would really appreciate the following from working IA's:

1 - the opportunity to "shadow" someone on the job for a few hours, to
get a better understanding of the work process and flow, and/or

2 - feedback on my resume (I would email it directly to you).
