Now the IA is supposed to be an IA, PM, UE, PGMr, HCI
I see this as a backlash to all that has transpired
over the last 2 years, and they want to extract the
pound of flesh from this position that otherwise would
be spread among different disciplines.
I was recruited by them (and yes, they are nice).,
however they are much in the dark about what is being
asked of them to find as the people who are asking
them to find it.
When I got my *thank you but no thank you* letter from
the consulting firm (after having spoken with the HR
Technology recruiter - and it's setting up a clients
HR online), It seemed that they had categorized this
position as a "web technology" expert. Ahem....?
Now it seems, by this, that they are including
*everything* into this position. To me, it looks like
a set up to fail. I don't know how there is enough
time in the day to do all the activities they are
expecting from this role in addition the THINKING!!!
