A devil's advocate question: In academic research, if you design
an experiment, can you also be one of the experimenters?
I would think that biases would be greater in this situation
since the researcher often can't help but know which test group
a given subject is in.
I would think that the results from an experiment or study
are only as reliable as how well it was designed and conducted.
