RE: SIGIA-L: Who is the Usability Specialist?

Look, all I am saying is a team can do without a Usability Specialist
person as long as they use all team members to affectively act in this
capacity. After all, they all react to the end product in different
ways. This article helped me see this. Not all teams have the luxury of
a Usability Specialist.

In most cases, the IA acts as the Usability Specialist and can lead the
entire team, even the accounts people, who tend not to stay involved
within the small pieces of development and along with the end user,
become great Usability Specialist. True?
