Thanks for everyone's replies. I personally find Inspiration the best
programme for doing site maps
- its quick and reasonably efficient. For everything else I use Illustrator
which allows much
greater control and has a much better interface. The reason I posted my
question about Visio was
that quite a few people told me that Visio was the industry standard and
much more powerful. I have
even seen familiarity with visio on some job descriptions! However after
receiving all these
comments I think I'll stick with my current tools.
However, I do have one question for everyone - if you don't use Visio, what
do you use? What tools
does everyone like? If you send your replies to me I'll summarise and send
to the list. I think it
might be interesting to compare
