I can think of two that are free and unix-based. The Majordomo links
to several others in their FAQ.
See links at the bottom for links to Wilma & marc-search for adding
search and making it all work smoothly with majordomo archives
How can I access Majordomo via the Web?
There are various Web interfaces to Majordomo available. Some are
management interfaces for list maintenance, and some are
interfaces for list archives (some do searching too).
