I've really appreciated this thread since I've been working on coming up
with a consistent format for our design group's deliverables. I've come up
with the following format, based on our own work and stuff that you guys
have sent. I hope it's useful to some of you. All suggestions are welcome!

Business Objectives
· Company vision
· Brand promise and personality for site
· Release “theme”
· Business requirements
· Assumptions, if applicable (priorities)
· Prioritization of rollout
· Metrics – criteria for success
Design Principles

DESIGN PREP/ BACKGROUND
User Information
· Assumptions, if applicable (about users)
· Users’ technical limitations and performance expectations
· Actors and user profiles
· Detailed user analysis
· User Scenarios

STYLE GUIDE
