Fitt's Law would say that AllTheWeb is the best for targeting

However you could take the others and increase the font size, or add some
do-das like: [_6_] or [-6-] or ::6::
Or use form buttons, or CSS to create a larger targeting area around a
number.

Most the time I find that the space between the numbers is much too narrow,
and a lot of times the wrong number is clicked.

Anyways that's my take.

I haven't done any testing but my gut feeling is that any of those
