SIGIA-L: Global Updates in Visio: 'Tis Possible!

Hi All,
You CAN make updates to your entire Visio document at once. Here's how: You
have to do it through the Document Stencil menu, which is the only stencil
that has the ability to "edit instances. "You can make the document stencil
visible by clicking on the Show Document Stencil feature on the Stencil
toolbar or by choosing Window>Show Document Stencil. This stencil contains
masters of all the shapes you've used in your current document. By
right-clicking a shape, you can change it in the Edit Master drawing window.
When you do this from within the Document Stencil, Visio automatically
updates all of the instances within that drawing. Hope that helps!
