The Argus Center for Information Architecture (ACIA, http://argus-acia.com)
is sponsoring a short (6 question) survey designed to capture and document
experiences that holiday shoppers have had with e-commerce sites. We are
asking a group of information professionals to participate in a parallel
survey conducted with a population of general consumers. Our goal is to
compare and contrast results from the two surveys. We want to report the
outcomes through media outlets, to help bring broader attention to the need
for better organization, navigation and labeling on e-commerce sites.
